Заметила закономерность, что обычно пишу сюда по вечерам😅 времени катострофтчески не хватает, хотела пойти сегодня в зал, но устала до ужаса, надеюсь завтра схожу, по питанию у меня сегодня много белков:
Завтрак- омлет из 2х яиц на масле из косточек винограда +карамельные хлебцы и паста арахисовая без сахара
Обед- цветная капуста запеченая с кефиром и яйцом +грудка
Перекус- 2 хлебца гречневых один с тунцом а собственном соку, а второй с соленой горбушей
Ужин- хлебец с горбушей и немного творога
Завтра выходной день, так что будет побольше времени
