Alright, it is night where l live so l plan to start my diet and exercise week in the morning. My plan is to write every my success or failure into this diary. If l feel like l wanna eat something l shouldnt gonna log in here and write about that maybe that will stimulate me not to :) alright my weight 130 lbs=58kg height is 165 metres :) l want to have waist, to be slim and what eslse to lose weight :) my goal for now is 125lbs :)
